Check in - Check out
As we are not every times at the B&B, check in is by appointment only, from 11 am to 9 pm. Please kindly inform us about your arrival time at least one day in advance.
Check out is always at 9 am
Are prices per room or per person?
Prices are not per person. They always refer to the rate of the room per night.
Do I have to pay a deposit when I book the room?
We require a credit card to guarantee the reservation when you book the room.
The balance should be covered at your arrival.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD. However, because of high fees, we would be very grateful if you could pay the bill in cash at your arrival.
Do rooms have air conditioning or heating?
Yes, air conditioning during summer time and heating during winter season.
Which kind of clientele do you usually have?
We have international clientele from all over the world and of all ages.
Normally young and stylish people prefer our B&B, especially for our structure, furnishings and customer service.
Which category is your hotel (in terms of number of stars)?
Bed & Breakfast structures are not included in the hotel categories.
They are private residences that provide accommodation and breakfast at more competitive and affordable prices than hotels.
Do you have WI-FI Internet?
Of course, everywhere you can connect for free.
Remember to ask the WI-FI access code and password at your arrival.
Is your B&B wheelchair accessible?
We are really sorry, but our B&B is on the first floor with no elevator, so it is not easily wheelchair accessible.
Can I leave my luggages there after the check out?
Of course, we are glad to stock your languages after your check out whenever is possible.
Do we have to respect a closing time at night?
Absolutely no! When you check in, we give you the keys of the room and the main entrance door.
You are completely free to get in and out at the time you prefer.
Where can I park my car?
PLEASE NOTE
We are in the historical center, in limited traffic area controlled by the cameras.
In case you want to get by car you have 2 choices for parking:
Just outside the restricted area, 600 meters from the B & B is the municipal parking covered "PARTERRE"
It is located in Via del Ponte Rosso
Daily rate: € 15,00
You can park your car and get to the B & B on foot in less than 10 minutes.
Alternatively, if you want to get under the B & B with your car entering the ZTL then, you have the obligation of the Garage. There is one at 300 meters.
The cost is 30 euro per day.

Can I stay there if I'm under 18?
You are welcome to stay at our B&B, but only with someone older.
Do you usually provide sheets, blankets and towels?
We provide all bed equipment and towels. They are included in the rate of the room.
What should I bring with me?
We need a valid ID for our records at your arrival.
We suggest to bring your shampoo, soap, bubble bath and any other personal body or skin lotion.
How can I get there arriving in Florence by train?
How far is Florence center?
Our B&B is really close to "Porta San Frediano" (only 300 meters distance), one of the most authentic entrance of the old historic center of Florence. It's a really nice neighbourhood, well known for its shops and its popular cafes, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
Walking through the historic "Lungarni" that skirt the river Arno, you get to "Palazzo Pitti" in about 15 minutes, with the beautiful "Boboli Garden", and "Ponte Vecchio" or the "Uffizi".
Within walking distance from the B&B, you also find the squares "Piazza del Carmine" and "Piazza Santo Spirito", as well as the theatre "Nuovo Teatro Comunale", the "Stazione Leopolda", the park "Cascine" and the U.S. Consulate.
The building "Fortezza da Basso", where important fairs and exhibitions take place (like the most famous fashion event of the city of Florence, "Pitti Uomo"), is only 1,500 meters away from the B&B.
The main railway station "Santa Maria Novella" is about 15/20 minutes walking or 5 minutes by taxi or public transportation.

City tax (5,50 € per person per night) is not included in the price. It will be added to the bill at your arrival and can be paid only in cash.
Can I bring my dog?
Small size dogs are welcome to our B&B.
Please be sure not to leave them alone in the room and bring all the necessary equipment for their assistance.
Do you clean the room and change linen during our stay?
We clean the room and change towels every 3 days; we change bed linen once a week.
Can I smoke inside the room?
We are sorry but our rooms are non-smoking.
Does a 3 year old child pay for the stay?
All children under 3 years can stay for free using the double bed of the parents. Maximum 1 child per room.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations must be sent in writing to our e-mail address info@bbincentro.com. No phone cancellation will be accepted.
For late arrivals, early departures or cancellations within 7 days before the arrival, you will be charged of 50% of the total amount of your bill.
If you book 5 night or more or if you book 2 or more rooms, we require to cancel at least 14 days in advance (instead of 7), not to be charged of the 50% of the entire rate.
If you do not come, without any written e-mail, the entire amount of the bill will be charged to your credit card.
